As part of the Video Mapping Festival #7, Rencontres Audiovisuelles presents IBSIC, the annual international reference event dedicated to the video mapping industry, in the presence of the greatest names in the field.
Meetings, case studies, panel discussions, working groups, screenings… Around 40 speakers will share their experiences and discuss the latest innovations in the sector. Networking times will also be provided to meet artists, producers and promoters.
 

PROGRAMME

• Keynotes and Artist Talks: 4 international artists present their careers and projects during conferences
• Case studies: presentations from key international players in the mapping sector, including a focus on an exemplary approach to sustainability as part of a festival
• Panel discussions: exchanges on permanent installations in public spaces and the place of art in video mapping
• Research and Studies: presentation of recent research or studies on the industry
• Presentations: focus on the mapping industry in Latin America and presentation of the Immersive creation support fund offered by the CNC
• Working groups: 16 themes addressed in group, for prospective and collective work on the future of mapping
• Talents Connection: speed meeting between artists, producers and promoters
• Video Mapping Awards: indoor screening of the best mapping productions 2023

And many informal times dedicated to networking between participants!
