The Video Mapping Festival stops in Valenciennes to celebrate the restoration of the City Hall facade and presents 4 creations: one made by mapping artists, and 3 others made by residents of Valenciennes Métropole during participative workshops held in Maing, Sebourg and Valenciennes in 2023.
